Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING

Items are made to order. We try our best to make them as quickly as possible. Your order could take anywhere from one to 3 weeks. 

If you are a new customer it rarely takes that long but if you need it by a certain time please e-mail me so we can make sure we can get it to you.

RETURNS

We are a really small group of Artists who make everything by Hand. We want you to be happy with your purchases because it is part of us that we give to you. In order for us to continue we have to have policies that we stick to.

Returns for new merchandise is accepted within 20 days of receipt. Of course it must be unworn with tags.

Please e-mail us to let us know you are making a return. We will confirm the shipping address.  After 20 days it is Final Sale. Returns will be given in the form of Refunds, Exchanges or Store Credit.

Original shipping costs are not refundable. If you exchange we will ship you the replacement for free.

Sale items are not be returnable.
